The wet forming hydraulic press for magnetic materials is a newly designed and manufactured electromechanical instrument integrated product based on the digestion of advanced technologies at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of China's magnetic materials industry. The main cylinder stroke speed of this complete set of press adopts multi-stage speed regulation, and users can adjust it according to their own product characteristics, so as to control the forming thickness of the product within the range required by the process. The press machine consists of a main engine, hydraulic system, pump station, electrical control system, automatic feeding mechanism, demagnetization system, and automatic feeding interface with a limit of 125C. It can be widely used in various permanent magnet ferrite material production factories to produce high-performance wet pressure permanent magnet ferrite magnetic products in circular, tile shaped, block shaped, and various irregular shapes.
